I’m sure others have had worse, but I’m not exaggerating when I say this was the most frustrating exchange process I’ve ever gone through.I ordered a pair of boots that looked much sleeker online than in personwhen they arrived, they were way bulkier than expected. I wanted to exchange them, but their website made the process incredibly unclear and confusing. Still, I decided to give the company another chance and try a different style. That’s when things got worse. Their returns system was buggy, and after submitting a return request, I got a message saying someone would contact me but no one ever did. I eventually figured out how to get in touch, but communication was slow and disorganized, like they forgot what we talked about the day before. It was an email a day type of situation, full of repeated questions. They even asked for proof that the boots weren’t worn. While I understand the need for that, it still felt a bit insulting. After all of that, I finally got a return label and sent the boots back. Days later, I received the new pair only to find they were scuffed up right out of the box. Not to mention, the shipping box looked like it had been through a war zone. This whole thing feels like a joke. I’ve never had such a rough experience trying to simply exchange a product.
