I made a gift order and had to return it, the return was a bit difficult online but that was my error. The online store return exchange was done and I’m getting the balance as a gift card. The only issue was there was no option to place an order with my store balance. Eventually the balance is now a gift card. I’ll have to check see how to apply this on my next order.
